By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and reliable experience for all our customers and drivers.
1. Timely Arrival
- Passengers are expected to be on time at the pickup location.
- Delays may result in cancellation or additional waiting charges at our discretion.
2. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:
- Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior
- Illegal activities
- Violating driver safety protocols
Safety of our drivers and passengers is our top priority.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
